Red Crab Migration

No reviews yet. Be the first!
Every year at the start of the wet season, millions of red crabs leave their natural forest habitat and migrate to the coast to mate and spawn, resulting in a amazing blanket of red covering the forest floor, roads, or beaches. At the end of the mating period, the females leave their sand burrows and collectively release billions of eggs into the waters, which will hatch to young crabs and in turn return to the shore in enormous numbers, creating another amazing spectacle.
