Saint Basil's Cathedral

This Orthodox church in Red Square was built in 1561 and is now a museum and one of the most popular cultural symbols of Russia. The Byzantine cathedral has nine domes shaped like the flame of a bonfire rising into the sky and is a world-famous tourist attraction.
