Our Living Room

We went for a modern Scandinavian look for our living and dining rooms. Most of our purchases were from IKEA and Cellini (Click Here for Our Exclusive Cellini Promotion!), and a few from Rail Mall’s Country Haven at Upper Bukit Timah (See: Furniture).

  • Cellini Pac Motorised Leather Recliner Sofa (Iceberg Colour) — $3,430
  • Cellini Club Swivel Leather Chair (Iceberg Colour) — $690
  • Cellini Trove Coffee Table — $572
  • Cellini Max TV Console — $582
  • Ogawa Genix Massage Chair — $2,310
  • Country Haven Teak Side Table — $200
  • IKEA STOENSE Rug (Off-White Colour) — $299
  • IKEA VIDJA Floor Lamp — $79
  • IKEA FEJKA Artificial Potted Plant (Weeping Fig) — $89
  • IKEA FEJKA Plant + MUSKOT Plant Pot — $10
  • IKEA SNIDAD Basket — $40
  • LG 77" OLED TV (OLED77CXPTA) — $9,900
  • LG SN11RG Sound Bar — $1,700 (2 Rear Speakers Included)

We further infused our own personalities into the living room with the use of many decorative pieces and artwork.

The living room carpet should contain all or part of the core living area (sofa, armchairs and coffee table).

The ceiling fan is an Arcadia brand which has been discontinued. However, the ceiling fan in our living room is a Crestar which is still selling strongly and does the job well. For a cheaper deal, Bestar (Malaysian brand) has its line of Razor and Raptor ceiling fans which start at $188 + $50 installation fee (See: Ceiling Fan Lights).

The TV size and quality depends on your budget and personal preference (See: Home Appliances). Get it during a sale promotion (e.g. Singles Day) or during a bulk purchase with your estate or block (for BTO/new launches).
