BEDS & MATTRESSES
Getting the right bed is crucial as it will determine how the quality and quantity of your sleep for years to come. Try not to scrimp on your bed, couples should preferably get a king-size (or super king) for sufficient space. Here are some good-quality beds to guarantee you a good night's rest:

- Siemens — For high quality bed frames and mattresses.
- Nightingale — For high quality bed frames and mattresses (Subsidiary of Cellini).
We purchased a heavily discounted king bed set from Cellini as part of our living room package. For our guest bedroom, we got an affordable entry-level bed set from online store FurnitureSG.

A mattress topper also can do wonders for an entry-level bed. Do note that although the online frame and mattress are a fraction of the premium brands' price, cheaper bed sets are often not as comfortable and tend to have much shorter durability (2-3 years).

Our bedsheets and duvets (quilts) were from a variety of top brands. Ideally wait for a sale and buy them online or at a department store.

Our resale condo's built-in wardrobes were in good condition so did not require touch-up while most of our bedroom furniture were sourced from IKEA.

If you need extra storage, consider creating platform storage area under or around your bed (a raised bedroom floor with in-built storage cabinets).
If you require even more storage space for your clothes and accessories, a walk-in wardrobe is a great choice. However, walk-ins are expensive to built and take up a lot of space.
CURTAINS & BLINDS
We selected S-Fold curtains (Day & Dimout) for our master bedroom for a luxurious look, while we used Korean blinds for the guest bedroom and study (See: Curtains & Blinds).
